This guide will lead you through the process of applying for the HRD Corp Skim Bantuan Latihan-Khas (SBL-Khas).
Matters to consider:
- Employer needs to apply for the grant at least fourteen (14) days before the training starts.
- Employer should submit their applications with necessary documents such as quotations, trainer profile, training schedule, and course content.
Step-by-Step
1. Login to Employer’s e-TRiS account.
2. Click “Application“.
3. Choose a Scheme Code and select HRD Corp Claimable Courses: Skim Bantuan Latihan Khas.
Then, click “Apply“.
4. Select a Training Provider. Key in LLP0025819LGN in MYCoID and press “Search“.
After that, you will see the training provider information.
5. For “Type of Training”, choose Public or Remote Online Training.
For the external trainer’s name, please write Soo Chee Keong and press “Search“. The remaining trainer details will appear.

6. Click “Level of Certification” and select Professional Certification.
7. Fill in the trainee’s information by clicking “Add Batch” and click “Save“.
Then, click on “Add/Edit Trainee “to fill in the trainee’s details. Then click “Save“.
8. Please refer to our quotation for the cost and the class day. Once completed, click “Save and Submit“.
The application status will be updated via the employer’s dashboard, email, and the e-TRiS inbox.
It will take at least 5 working days for the Grant Officer to evaluate and approve.
